Three examples show how to combine filters, custom fields and saved views for recurring tasks. You set each one up once, after that a click in the title dropdown is enough. The basics are in Filtering leads and deals and Saved views.

A second pipeline via a custom field
You sell through two channels, for example directly to new customers and through partners, and want to see both pipelines separately. A dropdown field and one view per pipeline are all it takes, and everything stays in your account.
- Create the field (admin): Open Layout ↗, choose Deals at the top and drag the Dropdown tile into the grid. Name the field "Pipeline" and add the values, for example "New customers" and "Partners". The details are in Customizing the layout: sections and custom fields.
- Assign deals: In the deal detail, pick the matching value in the "Pipeline" field. For leads you create the field under Leads the same way.
- Filter: Open All deals ↗, click Filter and then Add filter. Under Custom fields choose "Pipeline" and set "is one of" to "Partners".
- Save: Switch to Kanban, click Save as view at the top of the panel and name the view "Pipeline partners". Repeat this for "New customers".
From now on you switch between both pipelines via the title dropdown. Both pipelines use the same stages, so Kanban shows the same columns with different deals. For daily work you can save the same view on Open deals ↗ as well, there with its own name such as "Partners open".
Calling back webinar leads
After a webinar you want to call every attendee whose follow-up is due, and not miss anyone.
- Record the origin: Enter "Webinar" in the Lead source field during import or in the lead detail. In the filter panel this field is called Lead-Quelle. Alternatively, an admin creates a separate field, for example a checkbox "Webinar", and you tick it for the attendees.
- Filter: Open Open leads ↗ and set two filters:
- Lead source (Lead-Quelle) "contains" "Webinar", or with the checkbox, "Webinar" set to Yes.
- Under Key filters, follow-up Overdue.
- Save: Click Save as view at the top of the panel and name the view "Webinar call-backs".
Every morning you open the view and work through it from top to bottom. After each call you set a new follow-up or change the stage. The lead then drops out of the list, and at the end it is empty. Because "overdue" is saved as a relative period, the view shows the leads due by then on the next day automatically.
My overdue follow-ups as a daily view
A view with only your own due leads is a good start to the day.
- Open Open leads ↗.
- Under Key filters, choose your name for the owner (Inhaber).
- Click Overdue for the follow-up.
- Save the view as "My overdue follow-ups".
Drag the view to the top of the title dropdown by its handle, so it is the first entry in the morning. To see the leads due today as well, save the same view with follow-up Today as a second view. For deals you set up the view the same way on Open deals ↗.
