How the learning journey works
The videos are sorted into seven chapters, from your first sign-in to automation:
- Getting started – sign in, get the big picture and start your first day in inDeal.
- Set up – profile, mailbox, Chrome plugin and ICP.
- Win leads – create leads, capture them from LinkedIn, import and enrich them.
- Work your leads: the lead funnel – stages, follow-ups, emails and views.
- From meeting to close: the deal funnel – stages, forecast and accounts.
- Analyse & automate – sales funnel, campaigns, workflows and the appointment agent – including a video on LinkedIn two-factor authentication (video 21b): where to turn it on and why we recommend SMS plus the LinkedIn app on your phone.
- Admin & integrations – team, layout, PlusVibe, API, webhooks and MCP.
