Four values sit under every active campaign. Together they form a chain: each stage is the basis for the next.

Acceptance
The share of connection requests that were accepted, measured against those sent. The value comes from the connected service.
Hover over it and you see the absolute numbers as "accepted / sent".
A low acceptance rate means the contacts are not even responding to the request. That is a question of audience, not of the message.
Reply
The share of messages sent that got a reply. Here too, hovering shows the absolute numbers.
The basis is messages sent, not contacts accepted. A sequence has several steps, so this number is naturally larger than the number of people involved.
A low reply rate with good acceptance means the audience is right and the message is not.
Positive
The share of replies that were positive. The basis is the replies, not all contacts.
The value is produced inside inDeal from the sentiment on your leads. It changes as soon as you adjust the Sentiment on a lead.
A high reply rate with a low positive share means people are answering, but declining.
Meetings
An absolute number, not a percentage. It counts the leads of this campaign that sit on Discovery done.
Careful, this is the most common mix-up: it counts meetings that happened, not meetings that were booked. A lead on Discovery scheduled does not appear here yet. Nor does a failed meeting.
If you expect more meetings than you see, first check whether the leads were actually moved to Discovery done after the conversation.
Reading the chain
Go from left to right and look for the biggest drop:
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Acceptance low | The audience does not fit. |
| Acceptance good, Reply low | The outreach does not convince. |
| Reply good, Positive low | People answer, but decline. Usually offer or timing. |
| Positive good, Meetings low | The interest is there but no conversations happen. Usually the follow-up is missing. |
The last case is the most annoying, because the work is already done. It is also the quickest to fix.
Under Completed these are absolute numbers
In the table under Completed, Leads, Acceptance, Reply and Meetings show absolute numbers rather than percentages. A dash under Acceptance means that campaign was never synced.
