Why is a lead missing from the list?

Usually for one of these reasons:

  • It is excluded, for example because it is already in a running agent, was in this agent before, had a conversation in the last 90 days, is on the blacklist or works at a customer. The numbers are shown above the list.
  • It is a first-degree contact of a colleague. Then it shows as connected to your colleague.
  • It is still being checked. You then see for example "12 contacts are still being checked and will appear shortly".
  • It does not match or is not checkable. At first the list only shows matching contacts. Not matching and Not checkable add the others.

Why is a tab locked?

In a draft you go through the tabs in order. Hover over a locked tab to see what is missing: Pick audience and profile first, Add leads first or Start the agent first.

Why can't I start the agent?

When you click Start agent, the agent shows the open points. Often leads are missing, the choice between Du and Sie for German agents, or the meeting time windows in the Replies tab. Or the agent is still writing the campaign. The full list is in Start, working hours and limits.

Why is a step waiting?

The Activity tab shows the reason below the action. Common ones:

  • The LinkedIn account is restricted. The agent continues once it works again.
  • The profile is not ready right now. The agent tries again later by itself.
  • The same person is in a paused agent.
  • The working hours are over. Then Up next shows the start of the next working hours.
  • The daily limit of the profile is reached. It continues on the next working day.

Why didn't the autopilot send?

The autopilot only sends clear first replies without open points. Answers to questions and objections that the agent writes itself, unclear replies and everything from the second reply in a conversation wait for your approval. Learn more in The Replies tab.

Why is a lead paused?

A step failed. The Activity tab shows the reason under leads paused. If nothing was sent for sure, there is Try again.

Why is it slower than set?

The agent does not use up the daily limit fully every day and leaves gaps between actions. With a freshly connected profile it starts at half and ramps up over 14 days. Several agents on one profile share the limits.

Can I change the source or the profile later?

The profile stays fixed once the agent is created. You change the source in a draft with Change source. After the start it stays fixed. Depending on your account, Switch source creates a copy with a new source.

Does the agent contact anyone twice?

No. People already in a running agent or with a conversation in the last 90 days are excluded. If the same person does end up in two agents, only one writes when sending. If it is unclear whether a step arrived, the agent does not send again but asks you.
