If your agency has enabled self-service setup, you connect PROSP yourself. The wizard has four steps, each headed Step {n} of 4.
Allow about ten minutes and have your PROSP access to hand. You can close it at any time and resume later.

Step 1: enter the API key
- Click Connect PROSP.
- Fetch your key in PROSP under Settings, Integrations. The button Open PROSP settings takes you straight there.
- Paste it under PROSP API key.
- Click Connect.
The key is verified with PROSP; meanwhile it reads Verifying with PROSP, this can take a few seconds.
If the key is rejected

Step 2: select campaigns
inDeal fetches your campaigns from PROSP. Meanwhile it reads Fetching campaigns …
Select the campaigns whose leads should be imported and click Start import ({n}). The import begins right away.
Two notes accompany this:
- Campaigns newly created in PROSP will be added automatically in the future. So you only need to pick the existing ones, not future ones.
- Leads are assigned to the user mapped to the respective LinkedIn sender in the next step. The assignment is therefore decided in step 3.
If you would rather import nothing for now, use Skip without selection. All campaigns are then marked as not imported and you can add them later. If you neither select anything nor skip, you are prompted to choose at least one campaign.
If there are no campaigns yet, it reads No campaigns found yet. That is fine, you can continue and sync again later.
During the import you see Import running … with the progress {done}/{total} campaigns processed. With many campaigns the imports are processed one after another.
Steps 3 and 4
The two remaining steps are the delicate part and have an article of their own: Setting up senders and the webhook.
If you stop halfway
The state is preserved. The page then shows Setup not yet complete. with the note: Campaigns and their leads are already being imported. New replies only arrive once the webhook is set up.
Resume setup picks up where you left off. The status stays on Setup pending in the meantime.
This is a half-finished state, not a finished one. Leads come in, replies do not. Only the webhook makes the connection complete.
