The middle line of every campaign card answers three questions: how far along the campaign is, how many contacts are left, and how long it still runs.

The progress line
It reads {total} leads · {pct}% processed · {n} days in, with a bar below it.
- {total} leads is this campaign's entire supply, the pool.
- {pct}% processed is the share already contacted.
- {n} days in counts from this campaign's first contact.
If the first contact is unknown, it reads start unknown. If the campaign has never been synced, the whole line is replaced by a dash with the note sync pending, and the bar stays empty.
A click on the line opens all leads of the campaign.
The pool marker
At the top right of the card sits one of three markers. It refers to the contacts that have not been approached yet:

| Running | Enough contacts are left. |
| Pool almost empty | Less than a tenth of the supply is left. |
| Pool empty | Every contact has been approached. |
Pool empty does not mean the campaign is over. The contacts already approached keep replying, and meetings keep coming out of them. It only means nothing new is being added.
When Pool almost empty appears, that is the moment to add contacts at the source - not once it says Pool empty.
If the campaign was never synced, the marker is missing entirely. Without data, inDeal deliberately makes no claim about the supply.
The time remaining
To the right of the progress line sits the number of days left, calculated from the stored end date. If no end date is stored, or it is in the past, it reads ongoing.
Why progress stops at 100 percent
The share is capped at 100 percent. If contacts are added at the source, the number approached can briefly exceed the original supply - what you see is still 100 percent, not 104.
Active and Completed
Whether a campaign sits under Active or Completed is decided by its state at the source, not by the pool and not by the end date. A campaign with Pool empty can stay under Active, and rightly so as long as replies are still coming in.
