The card of an existing connection carries four details and two actions. This article describes PROSP; PlusVibe works the same with two differences described in [Connecting PlusVibe](https://success.indeal.ai/hc/indeal/articles/connecting-plusvibe): the new key has to match the current workspace, and on disconnect inDeal removes the webhook in PlusVibe itself.

## What the card shows

| Field | Content |
|---|---|
| **API key** | masked, only the last characters are visible |
| **Status** | **Active**, **Setup pending** or **Disabled** |
| **Last event** | when a reply last arrived |
| **Last sync** | when the last sync ran |

**Last event** is the most useful field for troubleshooting. If it stays unchanged for days, nothing is arriving, whatever the status says.

## Replacing the key

Needed when the key was regenerated in PROSP or might be compromised.

1. Click **Replace key**. **Replace PROSP key** opens.
2. The note reads: **Enter the new PROSP key. Your webhook and campaigns stay intact, nothing needs to be set up again in PROSP.**
3. Paste the new key.
4. Confirm with **Replace key**. **Key replaced.** then appears.

**This is the harmless action.** Neither the webhook nor the campaigns nor the leads are affected. Only the stored access is swapped.

## Disconnecting

The note reads: **The stored key will be removed. The PROSP webhook will no longer deliver to inDeal. You can set up the connection again at any time.**

1. Click **Disconnect**.
2. Confirm in the **Disconnect?** window with **Disconnect**.

### Remove all campaigns first

**The button is locked as long as campaigns are attached to the connection.** Below it you then see **Remove the {n} campaigns in the section below first, then you can disconnect.**

That is deliberate: without this order, campaigns would be left behind without a connection. How to remove them is in [Managing the campaigns on a connection](https://success.indeal.ai/hc/indeal/articles/managing-connection-campaigns) - including the warning there that leads are permanently lost in the process.

If disconnecting shows **Campaigns are still attached to the connection.**, something is left over.

### What it looks like afterwards

Leads and campaigns already in inDeal stay. What stops is the inflow: no new leads, no replies, no workflow runs.

## Cancelling setup

If the setup was never completed, the button reads **Cancel setup** instead of **Disconnect**.

The note reads: **This not-yet-completed connection will be removed along with its {campaigns} campaigns. You can set it up again at any time.**

If leads have already been imported, a second line joins it: **{leads} assigned leads will be PERMANENTLY deleted and will NOT go to the trash.**

**Read that second line carefully.** Unlike disconnecting a finished connection, data disappears here. If a meaningful amount has already been imported, finish the setup instead and decide afterwards.
